  • Driving on the grass is strictly prohibited. Drive only in designated areas
  • We ask that you are SET UP AND READY for customers by 3:30. Hauling in last minute creates unnecessary traffic of wagons and supplies.

Important Reminder for Vendors: Be Prepared for Rain During the Market

Our market is a rain-or-shine event, which means rain can sometimes occur while we’re open. Please plan ahead to keep yourself, your booth, and your products protected:
    •    Bring a tent or canopy and make sure it’s waterproof.
    •    Use sidewalls or rain curtains to help shield your space.
    •    Secure your tent with proper weights so it stays stable in wind and rain.
    •    Pack extra plastic sheeting, tarps, or covers to protect your tables, displays, and inventory.
    •    Have towels or absorbent cloths on hand for quick cleanups.

Note: Many times the weather passes quickly and we plan to remain open after. Please don’t pack up or leave right away unless instructed.

PLEASE NOTE:

PARKING ACROSS FROM CHATSWORTH ON HWY 74 IS STRICTLY FOR CUSTOMERS. Once vendors unload, please move your vehicle to Monticello Street parking at the library or school yard lot.

Teardown

  • Teardown begins immediately following the close of the market. DO NOT TAKE DOWN YOUR BOOTH OR HAUL OFF BEFORE 8:00PM. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RETURN IF YOU CANNOT STAY UNTIL 8PM.
  • For everyone’s safety, please be patient and cautious during teardown. Many families and children will still be in the area-drive slowly, stay alert, and follow any directions from market staff. Safety is our top priority.

We look forward to an exciting and successful event together!
